I realize that starting therapy can be intimidating and I value the importance of you finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. Are you feeling burnt out? Is your anxiety or depression becoming hard to manage? Are you facing relationship struggles or going through major life transitions? Are you a young adult finding your way as you transition into independence? I aim to create a safe space for you to explore what's challenging you, heal and reach your goals.
