Hi, my name is Francesca Strolia and I am a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois. At Mosaic, I provide compassionate, individualized therapy to help clients navigate anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, special needs, and challenges in relationships and school. I work collaboratively to build coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence. With six years of experience in schools supporting students in general and special education, including those with social-emotional and behavioral needs, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique strengths and goals. With my compassionate support, life’s challenges will feel more manageable. I love working with kids and teens ages 6 to 16, providing compassionate, individualized therapy tailored to their unique needs. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, I help clients build coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence.
