I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with individuals and couples seeking meaningful change, healing, and greater emotional well-being. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in a civil rights perspective that honors each person’s lived experience, identity, and cultural context. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship distress, life transitions, and emotional regulation .
