I am here to support people who are struggling with or have a history of Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Grief and Loss, Family and Childhood Traumas, Career Changes, Substance and/or Alcohol dependency, Creative Blocks, Intimacy Blocks, Aging, Women and Hysterectomy Womb Recovery/Healing, Childloss, Infertility, Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families (ACA), Anxiety / Depression, Marginalization/Race and Ethnicity Injustices, Esteem and Vulnerability Blocks. I am a BIPOC provider, trained in Eastern/Western and Indeginous Practices. I support others and hold space for healing, establishing warmth and collaborative safety.
