I consider it a privilege when someone makes the decision to work with me and change their life. As we embark on this journey building on trust, the therapeutic relationship takes hold. With your direction and building on your strengths, we create a plan that meets your needs and works towards reaching your goals. Whether that is learning self-compassion and decreasing stress, building self-esteem, coping, communication skills, or improving relationships, I assist clients in the process of healing and building a new life. My background includes working as a school social worker, and with adults who are dealing with relationship, self-esteem issues, stress, anger, anxiety, depression and grief. I have presented grief counseling workshops to Social Work graduate students at Fordham University and anger management groups for court mandated clients.
