I am founder of The NorCal Center for Men. We focus on helping men heal from bad relationship experiences or build better ones with those around them, whether those relationships are with peers, family or romantic partners. I hold expertise in psychodynamic and behavioral models and use these to create a balance between the need for understanding patterns (making long term change) and building real world skills (finding relief from present stressors). I also have solid experience working with children, teens and young adults in various capacities, and have something special to offer all people going through major life transitions.
