For almost 2 decades, a Clinical Social Worker, I've been working with: Tweens; Teens; Young Adults; Adults; and Older Adults addressing life challenges; working towards finding their own answers to existential questions; and helping them embrace their uniqueness to find their version of happiness. Borrowing from multiple approaches and interventions, I tailor culturally competent plans to help neurodivergent individuals, and their care takers, address trauma & mood disorders including: Depression; Anxiety; and Bipolar Disorder as well as some Psychotic Disorders and to successfully navigate life and find fulfilling futures.
