I have advanced training and experience in trauma recovery and use a relationship-oriented approach in helping individuals heal from overwhelming circumstances. I draw from a wide range of verbal and non-verbal approaches to support my clients in reaching their goals, improving wellbeing and enhancing relationships. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I mostly use techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices and creative/expressive arts therapy.
