I have a wealth of experience working with adults, couples, and teens in a variety of settings. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to address the client's needs, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eclectic Therapy. We learn how to better clarify and solidify oneself and ways to practice good self-care. We prioritize which areas of life we want to steadily work on. We learn to reframe our negative thoughts and better manage our moods. He believes that his clients can overcome any obstacle. He uniquely utilizes CBT to have long lasting behavioral changes.
