Hello, my name is Francisco Medrano, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I use a client center approach. Your relationships, goals and healing are important to me. My focus for over 20 years has been working with individual with Substance use Conditions and Anxiety. I also have over 15 years or working with individuals involved in the Justice system. I have calm tone with the focus of being emphatic, sharing hope and sometimes humor. I like to get real with one another as rapport is being built. I believe all people that the ability to set goals for them self, but I believe in refining this profess using SMART goals.
