My name is Francisco Zepeda a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Indianapolis, Indiana working with clients statewide via tele-health. I work with individuals, couples, or families and specialize in generational trauma, childhood trauma, attachment, co-parenting, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I use Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and provide a safe space where clients are able to feel vulnerable enough to express themselves and tell their story.
