This evidence based practice, uses questionnaires, treatment plans and scales to assess your progress. You may see significant improvement within 6 visits w/o medication. CBT, mindfulness, affirmations, nutrition, exercise and supplements are prescribed. These can, on occasion reduce the need for psychiatric medication.
