I work with teens and adults that are struggling in their lives to feel like they are "enough". They want to be seen by their families, parents, significant others, bosses, the world as worthy; to feel confident and brave, even when their insecurities may continue to pop up. They want to feel connected to their friends, partners, and children. Many of my clients have survived toxic or abusive relationships, struggled with anxiety and depression, and are continuing to deal with issues related to adoption and/or a difficult childhood or other things impacting their ability to feel a safe in their relationships.
