My ideal client includes adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, identity shifts, or life transitions. They’re thoughtful, resilient, and ready to grow, but feel stuck. They want more than relief; they’re seeking lasting change. They want to understand themselves, break harmful patterns, and show up more fully in their lives and communities. My role is to support them in reconnecting with their own wisdom so deeply that they eventually become a healing force in the spaces they care about most.
