Welcome to Rula! My name is Frank Gallo, and I am a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In my core approach to working with you, I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), a scientifically supported treatment, to help adults and workforce professionals address conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or work-related challenges in order to enhance their resilience and adaptability to fuel higher performance levels to live more fully in both personal and professional contexts.
