My goal as a counselor is to lead the client to the positive changes in their life that they desire. Whether its building coping skills, identifying triggers, or initiating change together we can improve one's life. I am licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts for both in person and telemedicine and for telemedicine in Vermont.
