My name is Frank Shablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Casper, Wyoming and offering services statewide via telehealth. My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy, and specialize in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, serious and persistent mental illness, and substance dependence. I find the best approach to client communication is positive regard. Establishing a therapeutic relationship requires a warm and consistent temperament, active listening, and clearly expressing my understanding of my client's needs.
