My approach to therapy is collaborative in nature. Rather than me being the expert and you the client, the approach provided assumes dual expertise between us. That is, I work with you to build a relationship, provide a comfortable atmosphere and then we (as a team) decide what the treatment plan will be. Only you can decide what's important and, what you are willing and ready to do. My job is to work with you from a holistic approach and accentuate your strengths, affirm your innate abilities and evoke and assist change if indicated.
