And when the wheels fall off, we’re often faced with another moment of crisis. Having a trusted and skilled therapist can support your mind and body’s ability to rebound from a traumatic experience and create a new way forward. In my work with clients, I offer my unique skill set in service to the unique challenges facing each individual. I apply therapeutic interventions from my training and experience in somatic therapy, parts work, and ecopsychology to facilitate neuro-emotional regulation, integration of past experiences, and the rediscovery of choicefulness.
