I work with individuals who present with a variety of issues through the lens of attachment theory. I support clients who are navigating/exploring gender and sexuality, anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, substance use, relationship issues within monogamy and ethical non-monogamy, and life-stage adjustment. I trust in the importance of therapeutic rapport and creating a safe, trusting, non-judgmental environment. Working together within this space, we will work together to restore hope and facilitate healing by helping you to cope with both day to day stressors and experiences from the past.
