I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been in private practice serving women, men and couples for more than 15 years. I offer a Christian perspective and take into account the whole person: spirit, soul and body. The self-care we neglect; the negative thoughts; the guilt or shame we can't shake off; or the impacts of trauma or loss - all these affect emotional health and the quality of our relationships. Sometimes, it's just life that hits hard and unexpectedly.
