My goal as a therapist is to support you in reconnecting with your natural capacity for healing, growth, and emotional well-being. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship/social challenges, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and the impact of past trauma. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include exploring how past experiences shape the present, building awareness of self-limiting patterns, and enhancing positive coping skills.
