Taking New Clients NOW. Transgender clients will be considered a priority, Welcome to my practice. I am an LCSW, in practice for over 40 years. My orientation to therapy is client centered meaning you will guide therapy and make decisions about your therapy experience. Success in treatment is determined by you and how supported you feel by me as an advocate and companion on your therapy journey. Because my approach is person centered, we work as a team.
