My approach is centered on personal growth and resilience. I also incorporate somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems) work, helping clients connect with their emotions on a deeper, body-centered level to foster healing and self-awareness. Together, we will create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a stronger, more balanced version of yourself.
