I am a well-trained, empathic, experienced, research-informed, psychodynamic psychoanalytic therapist. I draw upon various truths, and carefully select what may be most helpful to the needs of each client. I want clients to feel comfortable and informed. I will use metaphor and analogies as appropriate to bring insight and change.
