I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us decide if we are a good fit. Your first session with me is for you to let me know your concerns; then, together we determine how to create a plan for mental wellness while reaching your life goals. My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
