My typical client is someone who has tried other ways, and is often discouraged or unimpressed by the process; maybe you wonder if therapy can even help you. If you're here, it's likely you are in pain...but not sure if therapy is your thing. This is a different beast. Yes, I am very accepting and understanding, and I am a Catholic Christian, so many Catholics and Christians of every denomination enjoy working with me (though I also see atheists, Buddhists and all other sorts). But this is a relaxed experience. I'm formed by classic stoic philosophy, Aquinas, and books. And, how else can I say this? I am a dude.
