Do you feel that your life is in crisis because of relational, marital, or career distress? Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? It is my desire to support you through the crisis, identify healthy ways to cope, and experience peace. To do this, my goal is to create a safe environment to help you understand any underlying trauma or relationship issues that may be impacting your distress and support you to determine next steps to bring healing.
