It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards a happier, healthier life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2011. I will provide you with a compassionate, caring, and non-judgmental approach. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and life stressors / transitions along with those looking to gain greater self confidence, establish better boundaries and improve their relationships.
