I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of experience working with children, single parents, families, spouses, active-duty service members, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. From my learnings and experience, I have helped clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)/trauma, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
