I am here to help YOU and believe in the importance of us working together to get you to where you want and deserve to be mentally. I strive to help those navigating anxiety, depression, major life adjustments, trauma, grief and maternal mental health. My approach is focused on ensuring empathy, compassion, and connection. I specialize in perinatal mental health covering all the challenges navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood/ I have completed multiple trainings through Postpartum Support International. I also specialize in work with adolescents and those navigating anxiety and depression.
