If your relationship has been shaken by an affair or compulsive sexual behavior, you don’t have to navigate the fallout alone. We specialize in 1–3 day couples intensives designed to restore truth, rebuild trust, and heal betrayal trauma. In just a few days, you can experience the depth of several weeks of therapy. Each intensive includes a structured full disclosure with a polygraph to begin repairing trust. Together, you’ll learn to identify triggers, process the pain side by side, and gain tools to rebuild safety and intimacy. We also provide ongoing 1:1 support and weekly couples sessions. Dr. Fritch is a betrayal trauma specialist and Christian sex therapist with a PhD in Counseling. David is a Certified Coach and trained Sex Addiction Professional through IITAP (International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals).
