Therapy should be more than just talk. I offer more than just a safe space to talk about your feelings. I offer ways to truly become connected to your feelings and integrate what you learn about your feelings in therapy into your daily life. If you are overwhelmed with work, parenting, feel betrayed or hurt in the relationships, feel disconnected from others, maybe you sense a hopelessness around world events and/or maybe just want to learn more about who you are: we will work together to understand who you are, what is really good for you and what you want out of life. When you are with me, you belong, you matter, you are safe.
