Greetings, my name is Soncheray Hall. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience. I started Fruitful Life Counseling Services to help individuals understand the "fruit" they bear. How are you showing up in the world-but most of all for yourself! Are you showing up for you at all? You have already taken the first step by searching for someone to talk to; you have started the process-But what now? I specialize in helping individuals accurately identify what is holding them back. Being able to accurately put words to our emotions is so important in identifying the correct coping strategy. My role in the helping relationship is to help you identify and face your emotions, rather than avoid them.
