Many professionals carry a persistent feeling that something is wrong with them, even when doing well. These experiences can show up as anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, or OCD. They often trace back to early life experiences, childhood trauma, and family dynamics that shaped perfectionism, people-pleasing, and fear of disappointing others. My practice integrates EMDR and nervous-system-focused therapy to support lasting emotional change and relief from anxiety. I also offer EMDR intensives for accelerated healing. As a bilingual therapist in English and Mandarin, I help high-functioning adults move past self-criticism, perfectionism, and anxiety, so you can finally stop second-guessing, feel comfortable in your own skin, and set boundaries without guilt. I also offer EMDR therapy for couples working through relational and attachment patterns.
