I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my main approach because it gives us practical tools to understand how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect—and how small changes in one area can lead to meaningful shifts in our everyday life. That said, I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
