I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, strengthen their resilience, and reconnect with a sense of self-worth, dignity, and possibility. My practice is dedicated to working with adults across the lifespan. While I welcome adults of all ages, I have specialized training and a particular interest in supporting older adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships, and emotional well-being.
