My approach to therapy consists of an eclectic background, as we are unique and therapy is not ‘one size fits all.’ I have a background in working with children, couples, and individuals, of diverse backgrounds. I aspire to help individuals of all backgrounds confront current life stressors, trauma, and interpersonal struggles. To do so, I emphasize creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, while providing psychoeducation, coping skills, tailored to individual treatment and goals. I believe in a direct, but compassionate, style to help confront/resolve struggles, and incite change.
