You know that you could be nicer, or calmer, or give people the benefit of a doubt, but you are simply too stressed to handle it all. What if I told you that there was a way to heal some of those hurts just by giving yourself the space to talk about them out loud with a trained professional? My name is Gabby Mitchell, and I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with people whose lives have been negatively impacted by trauma, violence, sudden loss, and systemic oppression.
