I support clients who want to better connect to themselves, their emotions, their values, and their body. Because this type of identity work typically happens in early adulthood, I tend to work with folks 18-40. Often, but not always, my work involves understanding and managing anxiety, depression, the impact of trauma, stress, relationships, pregnancy/parenting transitions, and sexuality & gender identity. I also offer EMDR interwoven with regular therapy, or in an intensive format.
