I am a Therapist (LCSW), PMH-C, and Registered Yoga Teacher in Lakeview/Roscoe Village in Chicago, integrating both body and mind where possible during therapy. My clients can expect to be met with empathy and authenticity, as I aim to create a space that feels safe enough to explore coping tools, acceptance, and personal growth. I am also an EMDR-trained clinician, and interweave EMDR in regular clinical work, as well as offer EMDR intensives. I specialize in anxiety, identity, trauma recovery, relationship distress, self esteem, postpartum support, substance use & life transitions for all people, and especially folks ages 18-40. I am passionate about social justice and serving historically marginalized groups, including the LGBTQI+ community.
