I offer an individualized approach to each of my clients. Hello my name is Gabby Wnek, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I start with understanding what is happening in your life and how you want things to change. Together, I help you create a plan to specifically target your goals and celebrate your progress along the way. I offer a safe place to create change for yourself through online appointments. Helping adults with anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions is my passion. I hope that I can be part of your journey to creating the life that you want and to feel good in your body. This is my hope for you! I help clients identify where you are feeling stuck, educate clients on the nervous system, help you create our "own formula" with techniques and tools. My approach with clients is very practical so that you can have a toolbox of skills that you can use for the rest of your life so that you can be able to identify what skills you need at any given moment.
