I am an experienced psychotherapist and I welcome people who are interested in working deeply, exploring unique aspects of self and working through pain and distress, however it is manifesting in your life. Working together, we will build a unique therapeutic relationship and engage with a full range of emotional experiences. We will develop and draw on our capacity to hold and navigate complexity with creativity. Through this process we will move through present and past experiences- with curiosity, compassion and honesty. I believe in the potential for a rich and in-depth psychotherapy to bring lasting change and growth. I work with people across the lifespan, with diverse backgrounds, identities and unique histories. I work with individuals and couples. I am interesting in working on trauma and with intense emotional states. My work incorporates a variety of theory and technique, but is based in contemporary psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and somatic approaches to healing.
