I like to use a creative approach and sense of humor, and am not afraid to challenge clients in a supportive way to help them achieve their goals. I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including relational issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.
