I believe therapy is a space where you can be fully seen and deeply known. It's not just about fixing symptoms; it's about finding meaning, connection, and greater compassion for yourself. I take a strengths-based approach and show up with empathy and authenticity. My purpose as a therapist is to bear witness to your story and to do so with care, presence, and respect. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of experiences. I have a particular interest in attachment and relational issues, especially how early relationships shape the way we move through the world today.
