I strive to support individuals navigating the complexities of performance, identity, emotional wellness, and personal growth. While in my final year of my Master’ degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Sport & Performance Psychology from Boston University - as well as my own background as a Division I athlete - I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapeutic space. I work with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and performance-related stress.
