I work in a conversational manner and strive to be as present with you in the work as possible. Our work together will help you improve your relationship with yourself. Ultimately, the goal is for you to be in the best position possible to build successful relationships and succeed in your endeavors. Happiness and health are within reach! I practice Relational Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and Attachment Focused-EMDR. My work is often with but not limited to the queer community including the transgender and gender expansive community. I see myself as a partner with you in this work. I value a sense of humor. Curiosity and being courageous enough to go where you haven't before are essential.
