I am a psychotherapist, with a trauma focus, dedicated to supporting communities of color, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals navigating complex identity issues, depression, grief, and pervasive trauma. My mission is to empower clients to attain optimal mental health by equipping them with effective coping strategies for daily challenges and facilitating the processing of past traumas that may impede their personal growth. My therapeutic approach is anchored in a wellness-based integrative model, combining narrative therapy techniques to foster insight into clients' experiences with person-centered modalities that cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship. My practice is profoundly guided by the principles of multicultural therapy & adlerian therapy.
