Hello there! I'm Gabriela Adonis and it continues to be my privilege to support diverse communities of individuals as they strive to reach the next levels of their full potential. In my practice, I specialize in the areas of anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, communication, and relationships. I assist clients in finding their voice, learning how to better navigate daily stressors, and improving their ability to connect with others. I also provide compassionate perinatal care to expecting and new mothers, as they prepare for and/or adjust to the expansion of their family.
