Since 1997, I have been helping families create happier lives by working with individuals to obtain mood stability, challenge distorted thoughts, and overcome maladaptive behaviors In the past 15 years I have focused my practice on the treatment of Anxiety. 1 in 8 people suffer with anxiety. It affects children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. If left untreated the symptoms only worsen over time.
